Job Description:

To execute high quality and relevant content on IKEA digital channels in order to strengthen the IKEA brand, as well as increasing online visits, engagement and conversions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage content localization process: adjust global material for local adaptation in order to secure local relevance
  • Continuously optimize the content, contribute to the development with insights, recommendations and solutions in the area of content
  • Based on commercial and identified additional local needs, create new content when necessary and lead content adaptation
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
  • Implement the KOS content plan in line with the commercial calendar and marketing priorities, ensuring message consistency and brand alignment
  • Support content template co-creation with markets and share best practices to improve quality and efficiency
  • Execute national co-workers engagement activities including motivation, reward and recognition programs
  • Organize online/offline events to strengthen the KOS community and drive participation
  • Partner with P&C to align KOS activities with internal communications and employer branding
  • Support pilots and activations linking KOS content with business goals (traffic driving, lead generation)
  • Track performance and share insights for continuous improvement
  • Monitor key KPIs (active accounts, post volume, engagement, CPE) and report regularly
  • Support POE integration to amplify KOS impact

Requirements:

  • Broad knowledge of Marketing Communication in Retail
  • Broad knowledge of the Marketing creative & production process
  • Broad knowledge of Life at Home and Home Furnishing
  • Deep knowledge concerning the relation between content writing
  • Deep knowledge of dynamic content creation
  • Good knowledge of evaluating creative communication
  • Broad knowledge of marketing technology
