As our Online Community Specialist, you will own the strategies and execution for a thriving bunq community, ensuring that our users feel heard, informed, and supported.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing and moderating our online community and social media channels (X, Meta DMs, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) with a friendly, user-centric approach
  • Ensuring that all content aligns with community guidelines and bunq’s Tone of Voice
  • Resolving user concerns by addressing conflicts, negative comments, or inappropriate behaviour in a fair and consistent manner
  • Leveraging AI tools to deliver more time-efficient and accurate responses for our end user - Eva
  • Analysing outcomes from community interactions and providing data-backed insights for process improvements
  • Actively engaging with our community members to increase user retention by gathering, analysing, and implementing insights into user behaviour and trends
  • Following platform-specific best practices to minimise the spread of negative content and foster a secure, positive social environment

Requirements:

  • Proven skills in managing and moderating online communities and social media channels
  • Experience ensuring content adheres to brand tone and community standards
  • Strong conflict resolution skills with an ability to fairly manage user concerns
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to utilise them for efficient community support and content moderation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
