Job Description:

This role will focus on improving the company’s direct online sales channels, enhancing customer experience on brand websites, and leveraging digital paid marketing and data to drive revenue. The client is an Exciting Global MNC well known for their innovative audio solutions, producing high-quality audio equipment and software for a wide range of applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales and customer acquisition across APAC
  • Manage and optimize brand eCommerce platforms (brand.com, website) to improve conversion rates and customer experience
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid social channels such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and email
  • Use data and analytics to track sales performance, customer behaviour, and marketing effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for personalization, upselling and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value
  • Conduct A/B testing and website optimization to improve user journey and conversion
  • Work closely with regional teams, distributors and marketing partners to execute digital initiatives
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Support regional promotional campaigns and new product launches

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Business or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce roles
  • Hands-on experience managing online stores or eCommerce platforms such as: Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO and email marketing
  • Experience using data and analytics tools to evaluate campaign and sales performance
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that drive online revenue growth
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience managing APAC markets
  • Background in consumer electronics, retail or lifestyle brands
  • Understanding of how online sales work alongside retail stores and distributors
