Job Responsibility:

  • Represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service
  • Work closely with the Online General Manager to ensure the smooth process for customers placing orders online
  • Liase with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver the best in after sales customer service
  • Play a key role in the financial functions of a multi-million pound online store
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with your team
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Making a difference every day to the customer experience
