Job Description:

At Allianz Technology, Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a critical driver of our Information Security strategy. We’re looking for a One Identity Senior Software Developer to join our global IAM team. You’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing our IAM solutions and ensuring that access management is resilient, efficient, and secure. Responsibilities include developing One Identity Manager software, aligning with IAM architects, and applying agile DevOps methods. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of software development, experience with IAM concepts, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Job Responsibility:

Being responsible for developing our One Identity Manager (1IM) software and setting up technical solutions regarding IAM services and their integration in our existing solutions
being in close alignment with the IAM architects and product owners when defining service changes and new demands
solution design, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, configuration and maintenance in an agile DevOps approach together with other software and application engineers.

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of software development tool sets and languages, such as .NET, VB.NET, Java, or C++
relational databases and query languages like Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
experience with modern web application frameworks like Angular, React, Vue.js
knowledge of API development using REST or SOAP
experience with performance optimization of applications, databases, and database SQL queries
knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux servers
software testing
experience with agile software methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
experience in IAM with strong knowledge of IAM concepts, processes, and understanding of security, risks, and governance is a plus
technical expertise and interest in IT security, Identity and Access Management, and related fields
open to new trends and technologies
proven ability to create proper documentation and transfer knowledge in an enterprise-scaled, international environment
competence to manage tasks in demanding situations with problem-solving skills
ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and work in cross-functional teams
experience with incident analysis/handling in close contact with architects, business analysts, engineers, and customers
degree in Informatics, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related areas, or comparable work experience
excellent English skills, both written and spoken fluently
at least 5 years of experience in software development
experience with modern IGA software like One Identity Manager (strongly preferred), SailPoint, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager, or similar.

Nice to have:

Experience with incident analysis/handling in close contact with architects, business analysts, engineers, and customers
experience in IAM with strong knowledge of IAM concepts, processes, and understanding of security, risks, and governance is a plus
