Job Responsibility:
Define scope, objectives, success metrics, and phase plan (prepare → design → build → test → deploy → hypercare)
Build and manage the integrated project plan, resource model, and schedule
Establish governance (steering committee, PMO cadence, logs, change control) and communication plan
Align project outcomes with business case and value realization targets
Orchestrate process discovery and fit-gap sessions
align global vs. local design
Ensure standardization and simplification of processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, M2O, Plan-to-Produce, HCM flows)
Validate solution design with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards
Own the data strategy: data model, cleansing, migration, reconciliation
Coordinate interface design and delivery
Govern master data and data quality KPIs
Lead build, configuration, and defect triage across vendor and internal teams
Plan and execute testing cycles (SIT, UAT, performance, regression)
ensure traceability from requirements to test cases
Oversee cutover rehearsal readiness and defect exit criteria
Drive change strategy (stakeholder mapping, communications, training, role mapping) to enable adoption
Partner with HR & Central project team to deploy tailored training (super-users, end users, train-the-trainer)
Monitor adoption metrics and implement reinforcement mechanisms
Lead cutover planning, go/no-go criteria, and business continuity safeguards
Manage hypercare triage, stabilization KPIs, SLAs, and transition to run/operations
