Job Description

Join our team as a One Call Receptionist and play a vital role in providing exceptional service to clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will manage inbound calls, direct inquiries efficiently, and support office administration. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong communication skills. This position is as needed, one-to-two-day shifts per week.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, routing them to appropriate departments or staff
  • Greet visitors and ensure all guests receive outstanding service
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and visitor logs
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, data entry, and mail handling
  • Manage appointment bookings and maintain the reception area to professional standards
  • Provide information to callers and visitors about company services, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient with office technology, including multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Willing to work one-to-two-day shifts per week
