Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assessment: Does admission and ongoing assessment of patient’s condition
  • Planning: Designs, directs, evaluates, and documents the plan of care
  • Implementation: Prepares patients physically, psychologically, and spiritually for treatments, surgeries and diagnostic studies
  • Evaluation: Reassesses patients at appropriate intervals following interventions
  • Report Skills: Gives and receives report using Bedside Shift Report
  • Environment & Patient Safety: Maintains patient and work environment to maximize safe working space

Requirements:

  • Associates Other in Nursing or Diploma
  • At least one (1) year of RN experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire
  • Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements
  • Registered Nurse: TX
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 14 - days
