Job Description:

Join our client’s team as a Band 8a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of oncology and haematology patients. In this role, you will provide specialist pharmaceutical care, conduct medication reviews, and offer expert advice while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in an NHS setting.

Job Responsibility:

Provide specialist pharmaceutical care for oncology/haematology patients
work within a multidisciplinary team to optimise medication therapy
conduct medication reviews and ensure safe prescribing practices
offer expert advice to clinicians and other healthcare professionals
maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service improvements

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
prior NHS oncology/haematology pharmacy experience
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and as part of a team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
