Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
MRCP or equivalent qualification
Entry on the GMC Specialist Register in Medical Oncology (or within 6 months of CCT / CESR)
Minimum 1 year NHS experience
Experience in General Medical Oncology
Subspecialty experience in: Breast malignancies
Testicular and renal cancers
Experience delivering systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT)

Job Responsibility

Provide Consultant-level care in Medical Oncology, particularly: Breast malignancies (primary focus)
Testicular and renal cancers
Deliver systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) including: New patient assessment
Treatment planning
Review and follow-up clinics
Manage patients across outpatient clinics, MDT pathways, and inpatient care
Undertake oncology ward rounds and acute oncology input
Attend and contribute to weekly MDT meetings (Breast, Urology, and related tumour groups)
Work closely with: Oncology consultants
