Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
  • Manage incoming calls, route inquiries, and take detailed messages
  • Maintain front desk organization and ensure a welcoming reception area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Coordinate conference rooms and schedule appointments
  • Assist with office mail and deliveries
  • Support other departments as needed
