Job Description:

The Onboarding and Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end onboarding and training process for employees and staff transfers working on the project, ensuring all individuals meet security, compliance, competence, and client requirements prior to commencing work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Training and Skills Manager with organisation of internal and external training requirements in line with company and client standards
  • Provide accurate joining instructions to candidates attending training programmes and ensure appropriate resources are available
  • Ensure all training bookings, communications, and attendance are managed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Upload and maintain training certificates and records against individual delegate profiles
  • Manage the end-to-end BPSS vetting process, including collecting, verifying, submitting, and tracking documentation
  • Liaise with employees, HR, and external agencies to ensure timely completion of vetting and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress to ensure compliance with nuclear site regulations
  • Ensure all personal and sensitive data is handled in accordance with GDPR and security requirements
  • Support internal and external training and compliance audits, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date
  • Work collaboratively with onboarding teams to support competence, qualification, and compliance requirements across the project

Requirements:

  • Experience working on large, complex, or highly regulated projects
  • Previous experience coordinating high volumes of training
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office applications with the ability to adapt to new systems
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships within large organisations
  • CCNSG or HSE Operative Test
