Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end client onboarding process, acting as the main point of contact from kick-off to go-live
Manage timelines and project milestones to ensure smooth delivery of data migration, configuration, training and launch
Coordinate cross-departmental activity, resolving issues and keeping communication clear and aligned
Oversee system setup and data migration, ensuring quality, accuracy and readiness ahead of training delivery
Work closely with the Training team to plan and prepare relevant sessions, supporting delivery when required
Proactively track progress, manage client expectations and swiftly address any challenges
Complete a thorough handover to Customer Success and gather feedback to support continuous improvement of onboarding processes
Requirements:
2+ years’ experience in onboarding, implementation or customer service within SaaS, CRM or PropTech
Experience coordinating or supporting training delivery, with understanding of CRM setup and data migration
Familiarity with estate agency or lettings software and tools such as Zendesk or monday.com
Strong organisational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple onboarding projects at once
Able to adapt and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator skilled at building relationships with both clients and internal teams
Highly detail-oriented, proactive and focused on finding solutions
Comfortable working with data, systems and CRM platforms
