Your primary mission is to successfully onboard customers to the clients network. You will be the face of their service, ensuring every customer receives world-class support as they join their platform. This role is a dynamic mix of customer interaction, sales and vital administrative execution.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional phone support
respond quickly, accurately, and professionally
escalate issues when needed.
Manage, update, and process customer data across multiple CRM systems to ensure orders move seamlessly to completion.
Use your time effectively, maintain precise records, and follow risk/compliance procedures—especially with high-risk merchants.
Work productively with your teammates to guarantee an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
Stay current on policies and standards, apply pricing guidelines, collaborate across teams to meet customer needs, and support a positive team environment.
Requirements:
Proven call centre/sales experience (e.g., call centre, door-to-door, retail).
A positive, "can-do/will-do" spirit and the ability to view problems as challenges to be solved.
Adaptable mindset—thrive in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
Comfortable working independently and in teams.
Strong adherence to rules, procedures, and compliance.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data management.
Clear criminal history and successful credit check.
NZ citizen or permanent resident.
Willingness to complete any required pre-employment testing.
