We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and seamless onboarding experience for new employees. Job Responsibility:
Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding sessions that reflect the company’s values, culture, and operational procedures
Collaborate with HR, IT, and department leaders to ensure new employees have access to necessary resources and training
Utilize organizational tools to manage onboarding tasks, including document handling, data entry, and policy compliance
Create, update, and deliver digital onboarding materials through webinars and workshops
Collect feedback from new hires to improve and enhance the onboarding process
Ensure compliance with all required documentation and company policies
Promote an inclusive and supportive environment that helps new employees integrate successfully into the organization
Requirements:
Experience with legal forms and related documentation processes
Proficiency in conducting background checks and managing sensitive information
Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and procedures
Ability to draft and manage legal correspondence effectively
Familiarity with employee benefit functions and related administrative tasks
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
