Initiate onboarding documents via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., iCIMS)
Complete employer section of Form I-9 documents
Update iCIMS - ensure all required iForms are complete
Advance new hire in WinTeam (WT)
Update required fields in WT
Enter compliance codes
