Job Description

We are looking for an organized, relationship-driven Onboarding Manager to support client onboarding and implementation delivery for iDSS Destination Cloud. You will play a key role within the onboarding team, partnering with other team members to ensure projects are delivered successfully, stakeholders stay aligned, and clients are equipped with the knowledge and confidence needed for long-term success. This role blends project management, client communication, requirements gathering, and training delivery. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once while keeping a strong focus on client experience and operational readiness.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead client onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live
  • Own timelines, milestones, and project communication with client stakeholders
  • Gather and document business requirements to support system configuration
  • Facilitate meetings to align client teams and drive decision-making
  • Deliver virtual and onsite training sessions for users and administrators
  • Prepare clients for operational ownership and long-term success
  • Monitor project risks, identify blockers, and escalate when needed
  • Confirm business readiness prior to go-live
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead a structured handoff to Client Success following go-live
  • Maintain clear documentation and project records throughout onboarding

Requirements

  • Experience managing client onboarding, implementations, or SaaS delivery projects
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements
  • Experience delivering training or enablement sessions
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to identify risk early and drive resolution
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira is a plus
  • Knowledge of DMO Specific CRM or SaaS platforms preferred
  • Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills
