Job Description:

As an Onboarding Expert, you’ll be a key contributor to an excellent onboarding journey for new and reactivated workers on our app. You may be tasked with evaluating their skills and finding the perfect fit for a healthcare facility. You’ll guide them, cheer them on, solve blockers, and help them take their first step to making a difference.

Job Responsibility:

  • Make ~60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users
  • Host ~5 15-minute onboarding consultations daily (pre-booked by professionals)
  • Send follow-up emails and texts to answer questions and ensure no one is left behind
  • Respond to inbound messages and support tickets
  • Keep clear documentation of all interactions
  • Recognize pain points and improvement opportunities for the worker experience
  • Be the go-to guide and trusted partner helping healthcare professionals feel confident, supported, and ready to take their first shift

Requirements:

  • You enjoy talking to people, helping them succeed, solving challenges, and getting them excited about Clipboard
  • You’re comfortable making calls in a phone-heavy, fast-paced environment and love building rapport quickly
  • You speak and write English clearly and professionally
  • You’re organized, follow through on tasks, and don’t let things slip
  • You’re curious, resourceful, and always looking for the root cause of a problem
  • You’re quick with tools and not afraid to learn new systems
  • You use good judgment and are comfortable evaluating a worker’s past experience, skillset, temperament, and fitness to work at a specific facility
  • You’re observant, recognize pain points and opportunities, and aren't afraid to step in and lead the charge on improvements
  • Are able to work US Eastern Time business hours, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
