We are looking for a highly organized and client-focused Onboarding Executive to manage and deliver onboarding experiences for SellEnvo clients across the UK, Europe, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. As the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for new clients, helping them successfully adopt and utilize the Sellenvo e-commerce management platform.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and deliver end-to-end onboarding calls and workflows for new clients
Guide clients through channel integrations, Sellenvo's features, setup processes, and best practices
Act as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding, handling integrations, questions and issue resolution
Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, communications, and milestones
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client success
Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and client experience, as well as cross-sell other Sellenvo services
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Bachelor in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field
Previous experience in SaaS or e-commerce product management tool onboarding
Previous experience of software product onboarding and development workflows
Previous experience as an online seller or VA to sellers an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Professional, well-presented, and confident in client-facing interactions
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical users
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Nice to have:
Experience working with international clients (UK, Europe, Middle East)
Background in eCommerce or marketplace integrations
Experience using CRM or onboarding tools
