You’ll sit at the heart of our Operations team, supporting new clients from agreement to go-live. You’ll work alongside Sales, Operations and Risk to make sure every onboarding journey is smooth, compliant, accurate and effortless. Because onboarding isn’t just admin, it’s the first real experience a client has with us, you’ll make sure it’s a great one.
Job Responsibility:
Raising and checking legal documentation accurately and on time
Creating and maintaining client profiles within internal systems
Verifying debt and debtors in line with KPIs
Ensuring compliance and protecting the business from risk or fraud
Meeting Onboarding Service Level Agreements consistently
Escalating risks quickly and appropriately
Working cross-functionally to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to live client
Requirements:
A sharp eye for detail
Strong organisational skills
Confidence working with internal teams and external clients
The ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
A genuine commitment to doing things properly

Experience in financial services or detailed data processing
