Johnson Service Group is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator! This position is an essential shared services function that serves as the gate keeper of contractor information. The Onboarding Coordinator will spend time completing the review and audit the onboarding paperwork for all contractors sourced by the various branch offices. The Onboarding Coordinator will be required to work closely with other members of the shared services team and develop professional working relationships with the Branch Administrators, Sales teams, and Recruiters to ensure the timely and accurate receipt necessary paperwork. In addition to ensuring the proper set-up within the accounting system, the Onboarding Coordinator will need to demonstrate a knowledge of labor laws and multi-state taxes when auditing time files and processing all other changes related to contractors.
Job Responsibility:
Review & Data Integrity: Audit all contractor onboarding packages
Inclusive of pay rates, state/federal tax set-ups, workers compensation codes, direct deposit, etc.
Review of per-diem eligibility documentation to ensure contractor is entitled
Review of I-9 and verification of supporting documentation
Match all information included on internal start sheet to supporting documentation provided by contractor
Recalculation of AVM (Adjusted Variable Margin) to ensure proper commission payouts
Review onboarding package to ensure proper set-up of statutory sick time
Processing & Reporting: Prepare documentation for WOTC tax credit processing
Prepare and distribute reporting for internal review and/or branch SVPs
Systems & Processes: Navigate multiple modules within GP Dynamics 2018 including HR & Payroll and 1Staff Back Office
Display ample use of Smartlist capability within GP Dynamics 2018
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook and One Note
Navigate and audit using Bullhorn ATS
Requirements:
Displays independent thinking and can analyze documentation for inconsistencies
Verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Strong Auditing experience
Ability to prioritize job tasks and display proper time management
Willingness to learn and assume additional responsibilities
Prior data entry experience or working in a staffing company preferred
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP considered a plus
Experience with multi-state payroll processing ideal
