Job Description

As an Onboarding Coordinator you will play an essential role in processing candidates through the Security Clearance process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with the organisation's requirements. Your commitment to excellence will make you an invaluable part of the team as you engage with candidates, supporting their journey from offer through to start date. Collaborating with various teams your efforts will place a crucial role in welcoming new members to the organisation!

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, collaborating closely with the Onboarding Team and Business Operations to understand resourcing needs
  • Support candidates through the onboarding process, managing the pipeline and chasing information to ensure a effective and efficient onboarding process
  • Administrative support of checking, completing, updating and maintaining company systems and trackers
  • Process new weekly starters and leavers, issuing relevant documentation from HR systems
  • Administer company documentation such as new starter packs and contracts of employment, ensuring that personal records, right to work and equal opportunity are accurately maintained
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection of weekly and monthly paid positions
  • Prove support to the wider HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services to the business
  • Collaborate with the training department to book all new starters onto mandatory training
  • Book and facilitate visitors on site in line with company requirements

Requirements

  • Strong organisation and proven experience in managing complex documentation and reports
  • Ability to prioritise work load, showcasing excellent time-management skills
  • Relevant Administration or Business support qualifications are advantageous
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, although not essential
  • Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A great communicator who is able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
