You may know us best as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join the Civil Enforcement Team! Shift Pattern: Any 5 out of 7 days; 42.5 hours per week; Monday to Sunday rota - Some bank holiday working may be required, although deployment is usually minimal on bank holidays. Shift Times: Start times typically between 6:30am and 9:30am. What you will be doing: You will work with the managers to supervise and coordinate the team ensuring the service is fully operational on a day-to-day basis. Leading, supporting and rostering the Civil Enforcement Officers team; Carrying out daily briefings; Leading by example; Dealing with escalated queries from team colleagues and members of the public; Patrolling public car parks and streets, issuing tickets to incorrectly parked vehicles. What we are looking for: Previous supervisory or team-leading experience as a Civil Enforcement Officer (CEO). Excellent communication skills; Experience of working with Microsoft Office; Customer-focused; Ability to work on own initiative; Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends; Full UK Driving Licence (desirable).
