Job Description

The On-Site Technical Support Analyst at NTT DATA is responsible for providing essential technical support for end-user systems, including desktops, networks, and mobile devices. Job Responsibility

  • Provide essential technical support for end-user systems, including desktops, networks, and mobile devices
  • Provide qualified technician(s) to perform any requested onsite technical support
  • Assist with break-fix, install, moves, adds and changes, and asset management
  • Break-fix office (including conference room) and end user system support (Desktop, Peripheral, Network, Phone, Mobile Device, Video Conferencing, Projection)
  • If applicable, break/fix documentation: Updating tickets to document tasks performed, results and any outstanding actions
  • Install: Deployment of new office and end user systems
  • Moves: Relocation of existing end user and or office equipment
  • Adds: Addition to existing networks
  • Changes: Changes to existing network or configuration
  • Asset management: Documentation of deployment of end user systems
  • End User device warranty return management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support roles
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent customer service skills
