Unox Mexico, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as Great Place to Work® in Mexico for the second consecutive year and as Best Workplace™ since 2024, is looking for a On Site & Service Trainer to join the Unox Mexico Service Team. In this role, you will provide essential support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal use of Unox products and services.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide an excellent first level service support to UNOX service network in Monterrey and the north of the country
  • Create and deliver training courses and mentoring to the entire global network of service partners in Mexico by conducting classroom trainings, seminars and interactive courses and by providing mentoring and training at the installation site of UNOX customers
  • Audit of the activities and performances of our service partners by conducting visits at the installation sites handled by the service partners
  • Repair UNOX equipment
  • Install UNOX equipment and train the customers on how to use it
  • Make detailed and complete reports of the problems found in the field
  • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
  • Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
  • Identify the root cause of the failure of UNOX equipment
  • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports
  • Arrange training and development programs based on the needs of UNOX service partners
  • Schedule and provide regular training sessions and classes for UNOX service partners
  • Modify training material based on quality monitoring trends, additions, updates and changes according to the UNOX service academy team in UNOX HQ
  • Maintain updated records of training
  • Develop and improve the service network in the north of Mexico

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering: electrical/electronic/mechanical
  • 3+ years of experience in maintaining food equipment and delivering training
  • Availability to travel within the north of Mexico
  • Communication skills
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution
  • Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organizational skills, time-management skills
