Job Responsibility
Service & Repair: Carry out high-quality mechanical servicing and repairs on compact machinery and attachments
Diagnostics: Fault-find and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical circuit issues
Testing: Devise and supervise rigorous testing procedures to ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards
Documentation: Complete job cards, timesheets, and digital service reports accurately and on time
Customer Service: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional service to our clients when required
Requirements
Trade Qualified: A relevant Australian trade qualification (e.g Plant Mechanic, Diesel or Light Vehicle Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent heavy mechanical experience
Tickets & Licences: A current Forklift Ticket (LF)
Driver’s Licence: A valid licence is essential - Manual Licence is of preference
Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy for logging jobs and completing paperwork
Professional Standards: High integrity, reliability, excellent time management
Nice to have
Prior product knowledge of earthmoving attachments, mini loaders, and a strong understanding of hydraulics and motors
