We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly, and wants to make a real difference in the place they call home. This is a live-on-site position, and we provide a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with utilities included.
Job Responsibility
Perform light maintenance, minor repairs, and small installations
Help keep common areas clean, safe, and well-maintained
Proactively identify and address issues before they escalate
Perform and coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and equipment installations
Coordinate and monitor outside contractors and service providers
Serve as the primary on-site contact for residents
Respond to questions and resolve concerns in a professional manner
Support Board priorities and collaborate with the management company
Requirements
Time-critical and a Valid Driver's License
Knowledge of general maintenance requirements (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of HVAC, including codes and maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements
Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
Professional customer service skills
Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and forms
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
Live on-site and be available for community needs during agreed-upon hours
Working knowledge of building systems, including electrical and plumbing
Understanding of workplace safety and compliance
Ability to manage supplies, tools, and maintenance documentation
This position requires residence on-site in the provided unit
This is a non-smoking property
