Job Responsibility:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English with clarity and professionalism
Perform detailed offline data entry, ensuring 100% accuracy in all records, precision is a 'must' in this role
Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and manage inquiries or complaints with a positive, service-oriented attitude
Seamlessly pivot between active call queues and critical documentation tasks in a fast-paced environment
Directly support operations through a blend of inbound/outbound calls and essential back-office tasks
Requirements:
Bilingualism: High-level fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
An 'eagle eye' for detail
