This is a unique hybrid role designed for those who enjoy the energy of customer interaction but also value the focused, 'heads-down' nature of offline data entry and administrative work. Your mission is simple: Simplify our customers' lives by being the bridge between clear communication and accurate data management. Salary: $17.00/hour Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST Start Date: As soon as possible Your mission: Simplify our customers' lives.

Job Responsibility

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English with clarity and professionalism
  • Perform detailed offline data entry, ensuring 100% accuracy in all records, precision is a 'must' in this role
  • Assess customer needs, provide solutions, and manage inquiries or complaints with a positive, service-oriented attitude
  • Seamlessly pivot between active call queues and critical documentation tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Directly support operations through a blend of inbound/outbound calls and essential back-office tasks

Requirements

  • Bilingualism: High-level fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
