On Site Lead

• Lead and manage the final transition of the hotel project from the Owner/Developer to Four Seasons
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including Owner Representatives, Project Managers, Four Seasons Design Services and Operations teams
• Establish and manage detailed handover and close-out strategies, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain full oversight of snag list inspections, deficiency tracking, functional testing, and final documentation
• Drive effective communication, flagging and resolving project issues, and escalating when necessary
• Utilize Four Seasons' project management tools and systems for documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
• Partner closely with the Hotel General Manager, Portfolio Management, and Hotel Ops team to ensure readiness for opening
• Facilitate handover of systems, hardware, and spaces in line with brand expectations and operational needs
• Lead and support deep cleaning, sleep testing, and post-project evaluations

• Proven experience in hotel project delivery, particularly in handover and close-out phases
• Strong background in design resolution, construction oversight, and stakeholder coordination
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with diplomacy and confidence
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Experience working with high-end or luxury hospitality projects is highly preferred
• Familiarity with formal control documentation, snagging, commissioning, and testing processes
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
