Job Description

This role is critical to ensuring continuous operation of essential hardware systems such as handheld devices, mobile printers, tablets, and related peripherals used in day to day operations by the client.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensuring continuous operation of essential hardware systems such as handheld devices, mobile printers, tablets, and related peripherals
  • Provide direct, in-person support for hardware troubleshooting and repair, maintenance, and replacement during business hours
  • Must have on-call availability on nights and weekends to respond to critical events within 1 hour of notification

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve hardware failures
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Reliability and dependability is a must
