Job Description:

The On-Site Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of facilities services at assigned properties, ensuring optimal building performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance programs
  • Manage relationships with service providers and contractors
  • Ensure JLL employee and contractor compliance with Irish health and safety legislation and JLL Global standards
  • Monitor building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security)
  • Handle client service requests and complaints
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs
  • Conduct regular building and HSSE inspections and reporting
  • Support emergency response procedures
  • Coordinate with property management teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant facilities management or building services qualification
  • Experience in commercial property management
