Job Responsibility
Coordinating delivery of multiple concurrent programs, including ON Prime and ON Accelerate
Acting as a key contact for participants, mentors, facilitators and stakeholders
Supporting virtual and face-to-face program delivery, including workshops, webinars and events
Managing program logistics, procurement processes and contract administration
Monitoring project financials, including tracking and reconciliation of budgets
Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and continuously improve innovation practice, tools, processes, and systems
Capturing, analysing and reporting on program data to inform improvements
Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies, with appropriate escalation
Requirements
Relevant bachelor’s degree (eg. Business, Science or Project Management) or equivalent relevant work experience in project or program management
Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of multiple concurrent projects and/or programs, including planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely delivery of outputs
Demonstrated experience supporting the management of project-related financials and procurement processes, including contract administration
Strong time management skills with the ability to work autonomously, anticipate requirements and competing priorities, deal with ambiguity, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
Ability to collect, analyse and report on program and stakeholder data, using insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Highly developed stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
High-level problem-solving and judgement skills, including the ability to anticipate, identify and manage risks, and develop innovative solutions

Demonstrated understanding of the Australian research and innovation landscape and the pathways for translating research into real-world outcomes
