Job Description

We are seeking an on-camera host to help us develop and test video content for our app. You'll record multiple short-form videos daily that serve as introductory and training content for users, as well as shareable content users can send to their connections. As we're still discovering our production approach, you'll have the opportunity to help us experiment with different styles and formats while we refine what works best for our users. You'll report to our Production Manager and work closely with our videographer/editor to create test content and functional placeholders as we build out our video strategy. This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable on camera, adaptable to evolving direction, and energized by being part of a startup's creative development process.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging, natural on-camera performances for multiple daily video recordings
  • Follow direction from the Production Manager on tone, pacing, and messaging approach
  • Review and internalize scripts, offering feedback on language clarity or flow when needed
  • Collaborate with the videographer on framing, positioning, and performance adjustments
  • Maintain flexibility as we test different presentation styles and content formats

Requirements

  • Must be a dedicated Christian and willing to sign a statement of faith
  • Willingness to sign a non-disclosure, non-compete agreement
  • Comfortable and confident delivering scripted content on camera in a natural, conversational tone with minimal takes
  • Experience in public speaking, teaching, performance, or on-camera work (volunteer experience welcome)
  • Ability to take direction and adapt delivery style based on feedback
  • Flexible and collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes
  • Reliable and punctual for scheduled recording sessions (on-call contract) As needed
  • Willingness to sign a copyright assignment agreement (all content created becomes property of Reach My World)
  • Willingness to sign talent release forms for use of likeness and voice across all platforms and materials
