Job Description:

The On-Call Server Assistant supports the dining experience by assisting Food Servers and ensuring the smooth flow of service. This role helps prepare dining areas for guests, delivers high-quality support throughout service, and responds promptly to guest needs. The Food Runner is part of the Restaurant & Bar team and reports to the Restaurant & Bar Leadership.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set and maintain clean, well-prepared tables and service areas, providing water, bread, and butter in alignment with Four Seasons Standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Restock linens, glassware, silver, and basic food items
  • assist with simple preparation such as toast, soup, or beverages
  • Set up, break down, and clean buffets and food stations
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth service flow
  • Assist with taking or delivering orders and seating guests when needed

Requirements:

  • One year of food service or related hospitality experience
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to carry and balance trays safely and confidently
