Job Responsibility

Assist in leading and developing an experienced, well-trained crew
Act as technical advisor in developing policies and programs for roadway maintenance and snow and ice control
Assist with budgeting, project planning, and oversight of maintenance and construction projects
Coordinate work with DPW divisions, municipal departments, utilities, and contractors
Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Town regulations
Act on behalf of the Superintendent as needed
Respond to emergencies and serve on-call as required
