Job Description

Seeking an on-call receptionist with great communication skills and the flexibility to work at the last-minute or same-day requests. to provide front desk coverage as needed. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to step in on short notice. The On-Call Receptionist will greet visitors, answer and direct calls, manage administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth daily office operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document preparation
