The role involves managing front desk operations and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This is position is on call when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
  • Manage inbound calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system, addressing inquiries and redirecting calls as necessary
  • Provide accurate information to callers and assist with general inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and detail-oriented reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry when required
  • Monitor and distribute incoming correspondence to the appropriate personnel
  • Deliver prompt and detail-oriented customer service to all visitors and callers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is required
  • Proficiency in managing phone calls
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
