Our client is seeking a reliable and professional On-Call Receptionist to provide front desk coverage as needed. The On-Call Receptionist will greet visitors, answer and direct calls, manage administrative tasks, and help ensure smooth daily office operations.
Job Responsibility
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document preparation
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure coverage and communication needs are met

Requirements
Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
