Job Description:

The Private Bar Attendant is an essential member of the team, expected to embody the hospitality, charm and professionalism of our organization. The Private Bar Attendant will be a part of a team responsible for stocking and replenishing in-room private or mini-bar as well as in-room coffee stations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Stock and replenish in-room private or mini-bar
  • Stock and replenish in-room coffee stations
  • Compute and relay guest charges accurately to Front Office
  • Report damage or malfunctioning units
  • Discard and replace items according to established procedures

Requirements:

  • Stock and replenish private bar items
  • Keep an accurate par of food and non-food items
  • Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars
  • Check quality and expiration of all items
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
