Job Description

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, Pool Servers are responsible for arranging seating areas, taking/serving food and beverage orders, and being knowledgeable about all current menu options and beverage lists, and efficiently clearing and restocking items to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our owners and guests.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct all opening and closing procedures
  • Wipe down, set up and move all pool deck equipment
  • Pick up, stock/restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities
  • Assist owners and guests with seating, towels, amenities and food and beverage service
  • Describe the selection of menu items to guests
  • Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen
  • Coordinate food timings
  • Check completed kitchen orders with the guest's original order
  • Transport items to the guest in a timely manner
  • Respond properly in any Residence Club emergency or safety situation
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residence Club management and staff

Requirements

  • Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs
  • Previous food and beverage experience, preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • San Diego County Food Handlers card (not required upon hire) and Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • Valid California Driver's License is necessary
