Job Responsibility

Set-up and maintain Spa including refreshments in pre-treatment and treatment areas
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
accommodate special requests whenever possible
resolve customer complaints
assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa services
Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to Spa services
Adhere to the facial sequence of service when performing skincare treatments
Ensure an adequate supply of all guest supplies and amenities within the treatment room and lounges and ensure immaculate presentation of these items
Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked with linen and supplies at all times
Maintain clean work areas in Spa Dispensary and Staff Room
