The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an In-Room Dining Server to join our food & beverage team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Transport food orders and amenities including any special needs and/or requests to the guest in room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality
  • Greet guests and be able to provide thorough description of food and beverage items
  • Breakdown, clean, and set-up room service tables and all necessary items
  • coordinate tray and table removal
  • Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature
  • properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
