Job Description

The On-Call House Attendant is an essential member of the team. The House Attendant is expected to embody the hospitality, charm and professionalism of our organization. The House Attendant will be responsible for delivering guest requests to exacting standards.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas
  • Restock and organize supplies such as linens and toiletries
  • Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services
  • Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to appropriate staff
  • Follow established cleaning and safety procedures
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests and colleagues
  • Adhere to established schedules and work in a timely manner
  • Assist with laundry and other housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

  • Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
  • Greet guests in a professional manner and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary
