We are seeking motivated and reliable On-Call Customer Service Representatives to support our clients during peak business hours, special projects, and temporary staffing needs. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive customer experience across all interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Answer inbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide product, service, or account information and resolve any emerging issues
Document all customer interactions and follow up on outstanding requests
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Remain knowledgeable about assigned client policies, procedures, and systems
Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction
Support special projects, coverage for absences, or higher-than-normal call volumes as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar client-facing role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and basic office software
Flexibility to work varied shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays on short notice
Available to respond to work assignments on short notice
