What You’ll Do: Our Cook is responsible for the flawless preparation and presentation of the menu created by the Executive Chef and for making sure our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience. No pressure. Here are just some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for on a daily basis: Prepare food consistent with recipe cards. Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to over-prepare estimated needs. Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas. Operate and properly clean cooking and kitchen equipment and supplies.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year’s experience as a prep line/cook
capable of thinking on their feet
able to keep up in high-pressure situations
able to be on feet for long periods
may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds
walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs
working on slippery floors
must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
