Job Description

The On-Call Bar Assistant supports the bar and lounge experience by ensuring seamless service flow, maintaining clean and well‑stocked service areas, and assisting Bartenders and Lounge Servers in delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is part of the Restaurant & Bar team and reports to the Restaurant & Bar Leadership.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and bar service areas following Four Seasons service standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to support an elevated lounge and bar experience
  • Restock side stations with linens, glassware, silver, and paper goods
  • replenish beverages, juices, garnishes, and ice for Bartenders
  • Break down, clean, and reset bar support areas and back‑of‑house spaces to ensure readiness for service
  • Follow all Four Seasons Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and safety practices
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with all team members to support smooth operations
  • Assist bartenders with beverage preparation as needed

Requirements
