On-Call Banquet Waiter/Waitress

• Assist with event set-up, including table arrangements, buffet stations, and room layout preparation according to function sheets
• Perform detailed room checks prior to event commencement to ensure readiness and compliance with standards
• Provide attentive and professional service during events, responding promptly to guest and host requests
• Liaise with event hosts to ensure their needs are met throughout the function
• Manage post-event breakdown, including clean-up, linen removal, and proper storage of equipment
• Report any incidents or operational issues to the Banquet Manager
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B operational procedures

• Greek citizenship or legal right to work in Greece
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on operational needs
• Availability to be on-call and respond promptly when required
• Previous banquet or hospitality experience is an advantage
• Reliable transportation (access to a car is preferred)
• Professional attitude, teamwork spirit, and strong organizational skills

Previous banquet or hospitality experience

• Compensation of €80 per 8-hour shift or €120 per 12-hour shift
