The Omniretail Executive Store Ops - Health and Proximity is responsible for ensuring the seamless daily operations of the store, delivering exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence. This role oversees staff management, inventory control, store standards, and compliance with company policies to ensure efficient and profitable store performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Store Operations Management: Oversee day‑to‑day store activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain merchandising standards, and visual displays
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, health & safety guidelines, and company policies
  • Implement store processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Customer Experience: Lead the team in delivering excellent customer service aligned with brand standards
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience
  • Sales & Performance: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly on shelf availability and perfect store targets
  • Execute sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities at store level
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (merchandising, marketing, supply chain) to maximize results

Requirements:

  • Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales and Key Account Management preferably handling grocery accounts within the FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Highly data driven - must have proficient MS Excel capabilities
  • Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset
  • Must be action and detail-oriented
