Are you a hands-on marketer who enjoys owning retail media and bringing digital strategies to life? Our client, an iconic, household-name brand in the better-for-you space, is seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager to execute and optimize digital and in-store marketing programs across key retail partners. This role will focus primarily on digital and retail media execution, while complementing those efforts with impactful in-store activations, serving as a key driver of shopper engagement and conversion across the retail landscape.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital and in-store channels
Directly manage retail media networks, including activation, optimization, and performance reporting
Lead in-store marketing initiatives that align with broader digital strategies
Support omnichannel programs across many key retailers
Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and track performance against KPIs
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other business-related field with 5+ years of experience in marketing
2+ years of experience within CPG, ideally with an emerging or high-growth brand
Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns and retail media programs
Experience owning retail media execution internally rather than solely through agencies
Budget management experience or comfort managing a few million dollars in spend
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to have:
Exposure to shopper or in-store marketing is a plus
