Job Responsibility:
Process Institutionalization: Establish a framework for omnichannel excellence by defining technical processes and standards for consistent execution
Tactical Campaign Execution: Lead the practical development of integrated tactics across brands, ensuring seamless customer touchpoints
Channel Management: Act as the business owner for commercial channels like email and websites to drive functional improvements and ROI
Data-Driven Optimization: Use performance KPIs to execute continuous PDCA cycles, translating data into specific commercial recommendations
Content Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing to develop visuals and content specifically optimized for the technical requirements of each channel
Requirements:
Technical Tool Mastery: In-depth proficiency in digital ecosystems including Veeva CRM, Salesforce, CLM, and Marketing Automation tools
Digital Strategy Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing or customer experience with a heavy focus on implementing omnichannel initiatives
Analytical Capability: High-level proficiency in Excel and the ability to solve complex operational and performance challenges
Project & Budget Management: Proven experience leading projects, managing budgets, and meeting timelines across Sales, Marketing, and Medical
